Return and Refund Policy: ShopLast updated: February 22, 2022
1. Conditions for Return
1.1. Delivered Product is physically damaged (destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival), incomplete (missing parts).
1.2. Delivered Product is incorrect i.e identically different than the ordered one (delivered product is different than the image of the product when ordered).

1.4. Change of mind is not acceptable at all. Please note that request for return/refund due to Change of Mind or “No Longer Needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package etc) – is eligible for selected products and such request may be entertained at the discretion of Pathao only.

1.6. For device-related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window (3 Days), we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable). For more information on warranty claims please view our Warranty Policy.
2. Things to ensure for your Return/Refund Claim
2.1. You have to make a return/refund request within 03 days of receiving the delivered product.
2.2 The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can only be returned if there is a size mismatch and/or item mismatch. In any other case, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
2.3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
2.4. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Pathao packaging, it must be returned in the same condition as the invoice. Do not put tape/stickers or scratch on the manufacturer’s box.
3. How to Request for Return
- Open Pathao App, then click on the history & select shop.
- Click on Items that you wanted to return.
- Fill in the Return Form carefully.
- Pack your return parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you, and secure the invoice that came with the parcel.
- If you are located in the Dhaka Metropolitan area, then we will be able to give you a free pick up facility. For Outside Dhaka, you need to drop off the parcel at your nearest hub via self or 3rd Party Courier.
4. Issuance of Refunds
4.1. You will be refunded only with the product price and Shipping fee, in applicable cases, you have paid to Pathao.
4.2. If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method as per the following table:

4.3. Once we have received your request for a return it will undergo a process, from pick-up to quality check and validation. The whole refund process may take at least 7-15 business days depending on the refund method you have selected.
4.4. The refund Voucher code can be applied multiple times (if the value of the order is smaller than the voucher value). The leftover amount of the refund voucher can be used for the next purchase.
4.5. If your product is not eligible for a refund after our quality control check, we will send back the item to you, free of cost within 7-15 business days from the date of the return submitted.
