Terms of Service: Courier Customer to Customer

  1. Sender must supply all valid papers regarding the consignment before booking for verification of Police, Customs, Outcry or any other legal agencies for lack of which responsibilities (taking the legal action) including financial loss will be borne by the consignee.
  2. Senders must bear the liability of the information of booked items/goods/documents etc.
  3. Company will not be responsible for any booking that is not accepted.
  4. If the consignment is received by the nominated/selected person of the consignee, it will be assumed to be delivered to the right person and in such a situation no complaints will be entertained.
  5. Company can use any type of transportation for the speedy delivery of the items/documents booked by the consignee.
  6. Any accident occurs either on road or by water due to the strike or Hartal for which the dispatch of the booked items may be delayed and in such cases the company will not be liable for any loss/ damage/ missing or leakage.
  7. Company will not be liable while carrying the items/ goods/ documents due to natural calamities, fire or any accident/ incident beyond control.
  8. Sender shall ensure the consignments are adequately/ properly packed to protect against damage in the course of transmission,  and in particular, in the case of a shipment of a fragile nature or is susceptible to damage by bending, that shipment shall be packaged in a case or container of sufficient durability and strength and shall be encased in or surrounded by sufficient and suitable protective material inside that case or container to prevent the shipment from being bent, such that the shipment is guarded against damage that may result from any force, pressure or blows to which transportation items are ordinarily subject during the course of transportation and that such fragile shipments shall bear specific words indicating it contains fragile items displayed on the face of the case or container.
  9. Company will not be held liable for damage/ defect/ change of consignment from its original state due to substandard packaging.
  10. Company will not be liable for any consignment already damaged/defected/changed before the start of the booking.
  11. The company reserves the right to inspect/ verify any consignment before booking
  12. The company will reserve POD for 1 month only for verification by the sender/ receiver.
  13. No complaints will be acceptable after the expiry of 30 days of booking.
  14. At the time of delivery, the receiver must satisfy itself about the receipt of the consignment in good condition and no complaint will be received afterwards.
  15. The company will pay compensation for any loss/ damage/ missing of any consignment, if provided due to negligence on the part of the company and in such cases up to 2000 Taka will be paid to the consignee.
  16. No contraband/ illegal/ goods, documents, parcels and items will be booked by the consignee and in default, the consignee will be liable legally exclusively for such booking.
  17. Any items that may cause damage to the to other items/ goods, cannot be booked for carrying by the company and in violation of which company will not bear the loss/ damage/ breakage and all the liabilities will go to the consignee only (Ex- Raw material or Fragile or Liquid or Glass Item).
  18. Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, alter any terms and conditions at any time mentioned above.
