Meet Pathao Streak

Pathao Streak is a new rewards experience built right into the Pathao app.

When a new mission is ready for you, you’ll receive a “New Mission Unlocked” notification. You’ll also notice a floating fire icon on your Home screen or Ride Estimation page, letting you know it’s time to begin.

Tap the fire icon to view your mission, track your progress, see how much time you have left, and discover the reward waiting for you.

It’s a fun way to get more out of the Pathao services you already use every day.

Getting Started is Easy

Starting your Streak only takes a few taps.

Spot the fire

Keep an eye out for the floating fire icon in the app. That’s your sign that a new mission is waiting for you.

Check your mission

Tap the icon to view your mission details, your progress bar, the countdown timer, and the reward you can unlock.

Complete the challenge

Each mission is based on a single Pathao service. For example, you might be asked to complete a certain number of Bike rides or place a few Food orders within a specific time.

As you complete eligible transactions, your progress bar fills up. Only completed rides and orders count towards your mission.

Unlock your reward

Complete all the required steps before the timer runs out, and you’ll unlock your reward.

Redeeming your rewards is just as easy as earning them.

Promo codes and discounts

If you’ve unlocked a promo code or discount, you’ll find it in the Promos & Deals section of the Pathao app. Simply select it before placing your next order or booking your next ride.

Points

If your mission rewards you with points, there’s nothing else you need to do. They’ll be added to your account automatically and reflected in your accumulated points balance.

Before You Start Your Streak

Q: What happens if my ride or food order gets cancelled?

Ans: Only completed rides and food orders count towards your mission. Cancelled, failed, or refunded transactions won’t advance your progress or count towards your reward.

Q: Can I have more than one active mission at the same time?

Ans: Currently, each user can have one active mission at a time. This helps you stay focused on completing your challenge. The number of active missions may change in the future as Pathao Streak continues to evolve.

Q: How will I know when a new mission is available or about to expire?

Ans: When a new mission is unlocked, you’ll receive a “New Mission Unlocked” push notification. You’ll also see the floating fire icon inside the app.

As your mission approaches its deadline, Pathao may send push notifications or SMS reminders to help you complete it before time runs out.

Q: Are my rewards applied automatically?

Ans: If you’ve earned a promo code or discount, you’ll find it in the Promos & Deals section of the Pathao app. Remember to select it manually during checkout, as it won’t be applied automatically.

If you’ve earned points, they’ll be added to your account automatically and reflected in your accumulated points balance.

Q: What if I complete my ride or order just as the timer expires?

Ans: To count towards your mission, your ride or order must be initiated before the countdown timer reaches zero. Once the timer expires, the mission moves to your Past Missions section and can no longer be completed.
