How Customers Pay

Once the rider starts the trip, the receiver gets a payment option. If they use the Pathao app:

• They’ll receive a notification and tracking link
• They can tap “Make Payment” directly from the app

If they don’t have the app:

• They’ll receive an SMS with a payment link
• They can open it in a browser and pay digitally
