Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to all Pathao users who make payments for CNG rides using Pathao Pay.
2. The campaign will run for 30 days, starting from 12:00 a.m. on October 29, 2025, and ending at 11:59 p.m. on November 27, 2025.
3. Users will receive 10% instant cashback on the value of their qualifying CNG ride payments made via Pathao Pay.
4. The maximum cashback amount per transaction is 100 TK.
5. Each user can avail a maximum total cashback of 300 TK from 3 CNG trips during the campaign period.
6. Only CNG rides completed and paid using Pathao Pay within the campaign period will be considered eligible.
7. Transactions made using any other payment method will not qualify for cashback.
   Each eligible transaction will be automatically evaluated for cashback upon successful completion of the trip.
8. Cashback will be instantly credited to the user’s Pathao Pay account after each eligible transaction.
9. In case of any transaction failure, cancellation, or refund, the cashback for that ride will be deemed invalid and reversed if already credited.
10. This offer is applicable only for the CNG vertical and does not apply to other Pathao services such as Bike, Car, or Food.
11. Pathao reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
12. Pathao reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts.
13. The decision of Pathao regarding eligibility and cashback disbursal will be final and binding in all respects.
