1. Updated Size Tiers (Weight & Dimensions)

To keep deliveries consistent and easy to handle, parcels must fit within the following size limits:

2. Packaging Guidelines

Good packaging keeps your items safe throughout the journey. A little care goes a long way.

What we recommend

• Use strong and properly sealed packaging
• Make sure everything is tightly secured before handing it over

For fragile items

• Wrap items with bubble wrap or place them in rigid boxes
• Add cushioning so items do not move inside the package

Do’s

• Pack items securely and seal properly
• Use bubble wrap for fragile goods
• Use leak-proof packaging for liquids

Don’ts

• Do not send loose or poorly packed items
• Do not hand over open or unsealed packages

3. Prohibited and Restricted Items

For safety and legal reasons, the following items are not allowed:

• Live animals
• Explosives or flammable materials such as fireworks, gasoline, or matches
• Weapons and ammunition, including guns, bullets, and certain knives
• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Toxic or hazardous chemicals, such as acids or pesticides
• Corrosive materials like battery acid or mercury
• Radioactive materials
• Compressed gases, such as spray cans or gas cylinders
• Pornographic or offensive materials
• Gambling devices
