Pathao Shop Return & Refund Policy

At Pathao Shop, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Below are the details of our return, refund, and seller payout policies.

Return Policy

Pathao Shop offers two types of returns:

1. Doorstep Return (Failed Delivery)

A doorstep return occurs when a customer refuses to accept the package at the time of delivery. In such cases, the order is marked as a failed delivery and returned immediately.

2. Post-Delivery Return (7-Day Return Policy)

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery after receiving their order, subject to approval.

Customer Return Process

Initiation:

Customers can initiate a return request through the Pathao app once the order status is marked as Delivered.

The request must include:

• A valid return reason
• Photo or video proof
• Refund account details

Approval Timeline:

Customers will receive a notification via App and/or SMS confirming whether the return request is approved or rejected within 03 (three) days of submission.

Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5 days, depending on the original payment method.

Refund Methods & Timelines

Seller Payout Policy

Seller payouts are processed on a T+8 basis, meaning sellers receive payment 08 (eight) days after successful delivery.

Example:

• An order delivered on January 1 will be paid out on January 8
• An order delivered on January 2 will be paid out on January 9, and so on
