After providing all information, click on the “Sign Up” option. After clicking on the “Sign Up” option, you will be notified with a SMS on your registered phone number with Pathao Courier along with your login ID, password, and merchant panel link. After logging in to the merchant panel, you will need to provide your store and payment information in two steps.
• In the first step, you will have to provide your online store information. In this case, you will need the name of the store, the phone number and the name of the contact person, and their address.
• In the second step, you will have to provide your preferred payment method information. In this case, you need to provide your bank account or Bkash account details. For a bank account, you can use savings and current accounts, and for a Bkash account, you can use only your personal Bkash account.
After providing the details, you can request for a new parcel delivery by using our courier service.

• Chittagong to Dhaka delivery time: 24 hours.
• Delivery time from the sub-area to Dhaka: 24 hours.

• Dhaka to Feni, Narsingdi, and Comilla: 48 hours.
• Dhaka to outside Dhaka, Dhaka to outside Dhaka, Dhaka from outside Dhaka & Delivery time from one city outside Dhaka to another city: 72 hours (excluding Fridays, as operations outside Dhaka are closed on Fridays).
In case of parcel return, 50% of the delivery charge will be added as return charge along with delivery charge for return deliveries of outside Dhaka but return charge is not applicable for orders within the Dhaka-Dhaka metro area (for partial and exchange deliveries within the Dhaka-Dhaka metro area, return charges will also be applicable).
