Terms & Conditions

1. Only transactions that meet the following minimum value criteria will be considered eligible for this campaign:
   
   • Bike ride: 100 TK or above
     
   • Car ride: 300 TK or above
     
   • Food order: 500 TK or above
     
2. Only transactions completed during the campaign period (October 31 – November 09, 2025) will be counted as eligible.
   
3. Each eligible participant will be evaluated based on their transactions during the campaign timeline.
   
4. Winners will be announced within 7 (seven) working days after the campaign ends.
   
5. Rewards will be processed and disbursed after the campaign concludes and only once the winner’s Pathao Pay Card is activated.
   
6. Card activation is mandatory to claim the reward.
   
   • For new cardholders: activation must be completed within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery.
     
   • For existing cardholders: activation must be completed within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of winner announcement.
     Failure to activate within this period will result in loss of eligibility for the reward.
     
7. If a selected winner already possesses an active Pathao Pay Card, the 1,000 TK reward bonus will be credited directly to their existing Pathao Pay account within 15 (fifteen) days of the winner announcement.
   
8. All Pathao and DPL employees are excluded from participating in this campaign.
   
9. Pathao reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke any reward if fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity is detected, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts.
   
10. Pathao reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the terms will apply.
