Pathao has welcomed a new group of talented interns as the AIM Internship Program 2026 began with an orientation session held earlier this month at Pathao’s headquarters. The session marked the start of a meaningful learning journey, introducing interns to a professional environment centered on growth, collaboration, and real-world impact.

First introduced in 2022, the AIM Internship Program is Pathao’s flagship internship initiative. AIM stands for Anticipate Problems, Ideate Solutions, and Manage till Completion, a framework that reflects how teams at Pathao approach challenges and turn ideas into action. The program is designed to identify and nurture promising young talents by offering hands-on exposure to real work and real responsibilities, helping interns build problem-solving skills, professional confidence, and a strong foundation for their future careers.

The program offers students a practical introduction to corporate life beyond the classroom. Through close collaboration with teams and guidance from experienced professionals, interns learn by doing while growing in a culture that values curiosity, creativity, and leadership. The orientation session held on January 12, 2026, set expectations, introduced Pathao’s work culture, and prepared the interns for the opportunities and challenges ahead.

This year, the AIM Internship Program received an overwhelming response from students across Bangladesh, with over 4,000 applications submitted. Following a thorough first-round assessment, 350 candidates advanced to the interview stage. After careful evaluation, 15 outstanding interns were selected to join the program as this year’s AIMers.

The 2026 cohort represents a diverse group of students from some of the country’s leading universities, including University of Dhaka, North South University, BRAC University, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), among others, bringing together a rich mix of talent and perspectives.

The orientation session featured H.A. Sweety, Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Pathao, as the chief guest. She shared a warm and encouraging message with the interns:
