• If you’ve never used Pathao Pay for Pathao Car, CNG, Bike rides or Parcel, Food orders before, you’re eligible.
• Once you make your first Pathao Pay transaction before 31st January 2026, your 30-day window begins, giving you time to complete up to three cashback-eligible transactions.
• Each transaction across Car, Bike, Food, Parcel or CNG counts, so you can mix and match as you go.
• The offer is valid until 31st January 2026, don’t miss out!

Terms & Conditions:

• This cashback promotion is valid only for transactions made from 00:00 a.m.,1st January 2026 onwards to 11:59 p.m., 31st January 2026. 
• Only Pathao Pay transactions made through the Pathao Car, Bike, Food, Parcel & CNG are eligible under this campaign.
  
• Transactions made using other payment methods (Cash, Card, or External Wallets) will not qualify.
  
• The offer is applicable only to first-time Pathao Pay users on the Pathao Bike, Car, Food, Parcel or CNG. Users who have previously completed any transaction using Pathao Pay on Pathao Bike, Car, Food, Parcel or CNG are not eligible for this campaign.
  
• Users who have previously used Pathao Pay for non-core transactions (e.g., Add Money, QR, Send Money) but have not used Pay for any Core service are also eligible.
  
• Eligible users will receive 10% cashback up to 100 TK per transaction.
  
• Each user can avail this cashback for a maximum of 3 transactions across Car, Bike, CNG, Food or Parcel services.
  
• The maximum total cashback per user during the campaign period is 300 TK.
  
• Cashback applies only to successful and completed transactions made through Pathao Pay during the campaign period.
  
• The 30-day validity begins from the date of the first eligible Pathao Pay transaction made during the campaign period.
  
• Cashback will be credited instantly to the user’s Pathao Pay wallet after each eligible transaction.
  
• Cancelled, refunded, or failed transactions will not qualify for cashback.
  
• Pathao reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim cashback if it determines that any user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, including the use of multiple accounts to avail the offer.
  
• Pathao may modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign, or amend these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
