Frequently Asked Questions
To become a Pathao Rider > download the Pathao Drive app from Playstore > Choose your city (Kathmandu/Chitwan) > Choose your vehicle ('Tuktuk') > sign up with your phone number & upload the required documents and sign up for Tuktuk. You can also sign up from the website.
It might be because of the following reasons:
a) Incorrect payment details/ bounced payment
b) Disqualified due to fraud
c) Insufficient completion rate
d) Oversight/ back-end error
Firstly, please check whether your quest is completed or not. Checking Process: Pathao App>Income>QuestHistory>then check if you have completed the quest and if the quest is completed, your quest amount will be added after 4 pm on working days (From Monday to Friday).
