How can I become a captain?

To become a Pathao Captain > download the Pathao Drive app from Playstore > Choose your city (Kathmandu) > Choose your vehicle ('Car') > sign up with your phone number & upload the required documents and sign up for Car. You can also sign up from the website. Please bring the following documents during your training session: - Valid License (professional/non-professional) - Valid Bluebook - Valid Registration paper For more details, please attend the training sessions.

When will I get quest amount?

Firstly, please check whether your quest is completed or not. Checking Process: Pathao App > Income > QuestHistory > then check if you have completed the quest and if the quest is completed, your quest amount will be added after 4 pm on working days (From Monday to Friday).

How to update my documents?

To update your documents, kindly take a clear picture of your bluebook (all pages), license & your passport size photo and send them on our Viber number 9801908584.

Why my account is suspended? How to withdraw it?
