Simplifying Parcel Management: Everything You Need to Know About Pathao’s New Request Feature

Managing parcels has just become easier with Pathao Parcel.

With our latest Merchant Panel update, you can now request important actions on your parcels directly from the panel, without making calls or sending messages to support.

What’s New?

If your parcel is already processed but not yet delivered, you’ll see a new “Request” button inside the order details.

You can use this feature when your parcel status is between “At the Sorting Hub” and “Received at Last Mile Hub”.

What Requests Can You Make?

From the Request button, you can choose one of the following options:

• Request Return – Ask for the parcel to be returned
• Request Partial Delivery – If only part of the order should be delivered
• Request Hold – Temporarily stop the delivery
• Request Urgent Delivery – Mark the parcel as urgent

You can also add an optional note before submitting the request.

Please note that these options can be accessed only through the Request button inside deliveries, and there’s no need to raise a ticket for it. Simply tap the Request button and select the option you need.

How Does It Work?

1. Open Order Details in your Merchant Panel
2. Click Request
3. Select the request type
4. Add a comment (optional)
5. Submit

Once submitted:

• Your request is recorded in the system
• The request is visible to Pathao operations and delivery agents
• Duplicate requests are automatically prevented

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

• Your parcel gets a request tag (Return Requested, Hold Requested, etc.)
• Pathao hubs and delivery agents can clearly see your request
• Requests are tracked and logged for transparency
• Once the action is completed (return, hold, partial delivery, or final status), the tag is automatically removed
