These plans are designed to offer the most value for your daily lifestyle and will be available in Beta mode for a short time.

How to Subscribe?

- Choose your preferred Saver Plan
- Make the payment (QR details available in the form)
- Upload the payment screenshot and transaction ID
- Done! Your plan will be activated by noon the next working day
- You’ll receive promo codes via SMS on your registered number
[Note: For the subscription of Student Pack, students must upload a valid student ID card in the form to be eligible. Submission of the form is mandatory for verification purposes.

- What is the Pathao Saver Plan – Beta?
Pathao Saver Plan is a prepaid subscription package that offers discounts on rides (bike, car) and even Pathao Food orders, depending on the package. It’s designed to help regular users save more on their daily commutes and cravings.
- When will my plan be activated after payment?
Your selected Saver Plan will be activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation SMS with your promo code.
- Where can I find my Saver Plan benefits after activation?
Once your plan is active:
- You will receive your promo codes through SMS after your plan is activated.
- After that, open the Pathao App.
- Go to the “Promo” section in the app menu.
- Apply your received bike/car/food promo codes in this section.
- These discounts will be applied automatically when you take a ride/order.
- Can I use the Saver Plan in multiple cities?
Currently, Saver Plans are valid for customers all over Nepal.
- How long is the Saver Plan valid for?
Each Saver Plan is valid for 28 days from the date of activation. All discounts must be used within this time frame.
- Can I purchase more than one plan at a time?
You can only activate one Saver Plan at a time. You can purchase another once your current plan expires or all its benefits are used.
- What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we only accept bank transfers with QR payment. All instructions are provided in the Google Form.
- Can I get a refund if I don’t use all the discounts?
No. The Saver Plan is a prepaid, non-refundable offer. Unused benefits will not be refunded or carried forward beyond 30 days.
- Who is eligible to purchase the Student Pack?
The Student Pack is intended for college/university students. You may be asked to provide a student ID during verification.
- What happens if I face issues with a discount application?
If your discount isn’t applied as expected:
- Make sure your plan is still active.
- Check if you’ve used up all the benefits.
