How to Subscribe to a Pathao Saver Plan?

- Choose your desired subscription package
- Scan the QR code shown in the form and make the payment
- Upload your payment receipt/screenshot along with the transaction ID in the same form
- Done! Your package will be activated the next day until noon.

1. Who can subscribe to a Saver Plan?
Any Pathao user can subscribe. These plans are ideal for frequent riders, foodies, parcel senders, or families.
2. Is this a subscription service?
No. This is a one-time purchase plan. You can use the benefits until the ride/order quotas are consumed.
3. Can I purchase more than one plan?
Yes, you can purchase multiple plans. However, only one promo code can be active at a time per service type.
4. What is FNF access?
FNF stands for Friends and Family. Certain plans allow you to share benefits with up to 5 other Pathao users.
5. How soon will I get my promo code?
Your promo code will be sent to you via SMS within 24 hours of submitting the form and verifying your payment.
6. Are there any usage restrictions on the promo codes?
No. You can use the promo codes at any time, without restrictions on peak hours. However, each Saver Plan is valid for 28 days from the date of activation, regardless of whether the promo codes are used or not. Once the promo codes are issued and payment is completed, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please make sure to choose your plan carefully before confirming your subscription.
