How to Register as a Pathao Parcel Merchant

Step 1: Sign Up

• Visit the Pathao Parcel website or open the Pathao Merchant app (available on Play Store & App Store).
• Select your location as “Nepal”, when registering through the merchant App.
• Click “Sign Up” and fill in the required details.
• After submitting, you will receive an email with your login credentials.

Step 2: Access Your Business Dashboard

• Log in using your credentials.
• Navigate to the “Create a Store” option (in the app, find it in the top-left menu bar).
• Enter your store details and click “Create”—your account will be reviewed for verification.

Step 3: Verification

• Once verified, manage your store under the “Stores” section.
• Have multiple branches? Create a separate store for each.

Step 4: Set Up Pickup & Return Locations

• Choose your default pickup and return locations in the dashboard.
• You can set different locations for multiple stores.

Step 5: Add Payment Information

• Go to “Payment Information” in the menu.
• Enter your business bank account details and click “Add Method.”
• Adding a payment method is mandatory for seamless fund settlement.

Step 6: Add Store Operators

• Click “Add Operators”, enter their details, and submit.
• Operators will receive login credentials but will not have access to payment details or password settings.
