{"id":3691,"date":"2025-12-26T04:38:56","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T04:38:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pathao.com\/np\/?p=3691"},"modified":"2025-12-26T04:42:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-26T04:42:22","slug":"simplifying-parcel-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pathao.com\/np\/blog\/simplifying-parcel-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Simplifying Parcel Management: Everything You Need to Know About Pathao\u2019s New Request Feature"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Managing parcels has just become easier with <strong>Pathao Parcel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With our latest Merchant Panel update, you can now request important actions on your parcels <strong>directly from the panel<\/strong>, without making calls or sending messages to support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s New?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your parcel is already processed but <strong>not yet delivered<\/strong>, you\u2019ll see a new <strong>\u201cRequest\u201d<\/strong> button inside the order details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use this feature when your parcel status is between \u201c<strong>At the Sorting Hub\u201d and \u201cReceived at Last Mile Hub\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Requests Can You Make?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From the Request button, you can choose one of the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Request Return<\/strong> \u2013 Ask for the parcel to be returned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Request Partial Delivery<\/strong> \u2013 If only part of the order should be delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Request Hold<\/strong> \u2013 Temporarily stop the delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Request Urgent Delivery<\/strong> \u2013 Mark the parcel as urgent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also add an optional note before submitting the request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that these options can be accessed <strong>only through the Request button inside deliveries<\/strong>, and there\u2019s <strong>no need to raise a ticket for it<\/strong>. Simply tap the Request button and select the option you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How Does It Work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Order Details<\/strong> in your Merchant Panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Request<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the request type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a comment (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Once submitted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your request is recorded in the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request is visible to Pathao operations and delivery agents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duplicate requests are automatically prevented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Happens After You Submit a Request?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your parcel gets a <strong>request tag<\/strong> (Return Requested, Hold Requested, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pathao hubs and delivery agents can clearly see your request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests are tracked and logged for transparency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the action is completed (return, hold, partial delivery, or final status), the tag is automatically removed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why This Matters for Merchants<\/strong>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No more phone calls or follow-ups<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faster action on critical parcels<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Better visibility and control<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear tracking and accountability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This update is designed to make parcel management smoother, faster, and more reliable for your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start using the <strong>Request<\/strong> feature today and take better control of your deliveries with <strong>Pathao Parcel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Managing parcels has just become easier with Pathao Parcel.
