• • Winners will be contacted via SMS and/or phone call for confirmation and verification

• • After users, riders, captains and foodmen achieve their primary target, they will be eligible for our winner selection system. From the eligible candidates, the lucky winners will be selected at random. 

• • All contests are applicable for all cities where Pathao service is available. (except Pathao Courier)

• Since Pathao food is not available in Sylhet, weekly/daily gift contest is not applicable in the food users/foodmen section. However, Sylhet users, riders and captains are eligible for all contests.
• Fraudulent activities will not be tolerated. In case of fraud, Pathao holds the right to disqualify campaign participants and winners.
